NAFA Film Festival Entry Form

The NAFA International Ethnographic Film Festival has taken place since 1979. For a list of festivals over the years please download attached PDF file.

NAFA 2017 will be held in Aarhus, Denmark, 22-26 August 2017. For more information about the festival, please visit the dedicated website: (The deadline for film submission has passed for NAFA 2017. Submission is open for NAFA 2018.)

Please use the submission form below for NAFA 2018, which will be held in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, 11-15 September 2018. The deadline for film submission is 10 March 2018.

Please note that if you submit your film online or for download you must ensure that the selection committee has access until the selection is completed.

Please also note that films previously submitted to NAFA will not be eligible for selection.

If not submitting an online version, please send by mail 1 copy (or 2 copies) of the film on DVD to:
